A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Gregs Building, 1 Booth Street, Manchester M2 4DU (principle trading address) presented on 14 December 2018 by its liquidators Jonathan Elman Avery-Gee and Steven Leonard Conn CG & CO, Gregs Building, 1 Booth Street, Manchester M2 4DU, acting as the Company’s liquidators, will be heard at the High Court of Justice Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Combined Court Centre 1 Oxford Row Leeds LS1 3BG, on 12 February 2019, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
