At a general meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at FRP Advisory LLP, 2nd Floor, 170 Edmund Street, Birmingham, B3 2HB on 1 May 2019, the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Steven Martin Stokes (IP No. 10330) and Rajnesh Mittal (IP No. 15674) both of FRP Advisory LLP, 2nd Floor, 170 Edmund Street, Birmingham, B3 2HB be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.”
