A Petition to win up the above-named Company of GGP Enterprise Park, Amble, Morpeth, NE65 0PE presented 30 November 2018 by NWG BUSINESS LIMITED, of Northumbria House, Abbey Road, Pity Me, Durham, DH1 5FJ, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company will be heard in the Business and Property Courts at Leeds, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds, LS1 3BG, on Tuesday 12 February 2019 at 10:30 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
