Notice is hereby given that at a General Meeting of the above named Company duly convened and held at Suite 2B, Johnstone House, 52-54 Rose Street, Aberdeen, AB10 1UD on 27 October 2016 at 10.00 am the following resolutions were passed as a Special and Ordinary resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Alexander Iain Fraser and Thomas Campbell MacLennan, both of FRP Advisory LLP, Suite 2B Johnstone House, 52-54 Rose Street, Aberdeen, AB10 1UD, (IP Nos. 9218 and 8209) be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.”
