At a General Meeting of the Members of the above named Company, duly convened and held at Meadow View Heath Ride, Finchampstead, Wokingham, Berkshire, RG11 3QJ on 29 January 2021, the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Gareth Roberts (IP No. 8826) and Paul Ellison (IP No. 7254) both of KRE Corporate Recovery Limited, Unit 8, The Aquarium, 1-7 King Street, Reading, Berkshire, RG1 2AN be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company.”
