A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Genco Real Estate Limited (07313037) of 14 Croftdown Road, Birmingham B17 8RB, whose nature of business is 68100 - Buying and selling of own real estate, presented on Thursday 12 September 2019, at 10:00 by SANDWELL METROPOLITAN BOROUGH COUNCIL, of Sandwell Council House, Freeth Street, Oldbury B69 3DE claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business and Property Courts in Manchester, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ on Monday 11 November 2019, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
