NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Director of the Company is convening a virtual meeting of creditors to be held on 20 August 2019 at 11.30 am, for the purpose of considering nomination of members' liquidator.

Creditors can access the virtual meeting as follows: Details of how to access the virtual meeting were included in the notice delivered to creditors.

In order to be entitled to vote creditors must deliver proxies and proofs to 257B Croydon Road, Beckenham, Kent BR3 3PS by 12 noon on the business day before the day of the meeting.
