“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Umang Patel (IP No. 18790) of BBK Partnership, Office 5-6, First Floor, Popin Business Centre, South Way, Wembley, Middlesex, HA9 0HF be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.”
