At a general meeting of the above named Company duly convened held at Camomile House, Kings Cross Lane, South Nutfield, RH1 5NG on 25 January 2021 at 10.00 am the following resolutions were passed as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively: "That the company be wound up voluntarily and that James Hopkirk (IP No. 21150) and Andrew Tate (IP No. 8960) both of Kreston Reeves LLP, Montague Place, Quayside, Chatham Maritime, Kent, ME4 4QU be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they be authorised to act jointly and separately."
