NOTICE IS GIVEN that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will be held at Landmark, 3 Hardman Square, Spinningfields, Manchester M3 3EB on 5 July 2018 at 10.15am. The meeting is convened at the request of creditors, under section 246ZE(4) of the Insolvency Act 1986, for creditors to nominate a liquidator under Section 100 of the Insolvency Act 1986.

Proxy forms to be used at the meeting, together with proof of debt, must be delivered to the convenor, Wayne Walton quoting Ref Gelicity (UK) Limited to Business Restructuring, BDO LLP, 3 Hardman Street, Manchester, M3 3AT, by no later than 4pm on the business day before the meeting. Where a creditor has a small debt (ÂŁ1,000 or less), they must still provide a proof of debt with their proxy form. If a creditor does not deliver a proof of debt, their vote will be disregarded.
