“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that A D Cadwallader and N A Bennett, both of Leonard Curtis, 5th Floor, Grove House, 248a Marylebone Road, London NW1 6BB, (IP Nos: 9501 and 9083) be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such winding up.”
