"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Nedim Ailyan of Abbott Fielding Ltd, 142-148 Main Road, Sidcup, Kent, DA14 6NZ be appointed Liquidator of the Company."

At a subsequent meeting of creditors held on 9 November 2017 at 12:30 pm Steven Muncaster and Philip Duffy of Duff & Phelps Ltd were appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company.
