At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held at 10.30 am on 15 July 2019 at Holiday Inn, St Georges Way, Stevenage, SG1 1HS, the following resolutions were passed as Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Gary Edgar Blackburn (IP No. 6234) and Philip Edward Pierce (IP No. 9364) both of FRP Advisory LLP, Minerva, 29 East Parade, Leeds, Yorkshire, LS1 5PS be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
