NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Notice of Creditors’ Decision on Administrators’ Proposals, Form AM07, is available free of charge to any member of the company who applies in writing to Quantuma LLP, High Holborn House, 52-54 High Holborn, London, WC1V 6RL. If any member has not previously read the Joint Administrators’ Statement of Proposals, this can be accessed from the case portal. A hard copy of the documents is available upon request. You will note that the Joint Administrators’ Statement of Proposals was approved without modifications. However, the decision “that a Creditors’ Committee will not be established” was objected to by the appropriate number of relevant creditors. As per Section 246F of the Insolvency Act 1986 (as amended), a qualifying decision procedure will now be convened to vote on the establishment of a creditors committee. The relevant notices will be issued to creditors shortly.
