Notice is hereby given that on 16 January 2020 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Paisley Sheriff Court by Yesss Electrical, Credit Management, Yesss House, Foxbridge Way, Normanton, WF6 1TN, craving the Court inter alia that GAS SERVICES EXTRA LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company No. SC305344) and having it’s registered office at Unit 3-24 Clark Street, Paisley, PA3 1RB (the "Company") be wound up by the Court and that Ian Wright, WRI Associates Ltd, Third Floor, Turnberry House, 175 West George Stree, Glasgow, G2 2LB be appointed at interim liquidator of the Company; in which Petition the Sheriff at Paisley by interlocutor of 16 January 2020 appointed all parties claiming an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Paisley Sheriff Court, 3 St James' St, Paisley PA3 2HL within eight days after intimation, advertisement and service, all of which notice is hereby given.
