"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Hayley Watson (IP No. 23450) and Andrew McTear (IP No. 007242) both of McTear Williams & Wood Limited, Townshend House, Crown Road, Norwich, NR1 3DT be appointed Joint Liquidators of the company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately."
