"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Gareth David Wilcox (IP No. 21052) of Opus Restructuring LLP, 1 Radian Court, Knowlhill, Milton Keynes, MK5 8PJ and Steven John Parker (IP No. 8989) of Opus Restructuring LLP, Evergreen House North, Grafton Place, London, NW1 2DX be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such voluntary winding up."
