At a general meeting of the above named Company duly convened and held at 41 Connaught Way, Alton Hampshire, GU34 1UB, at 11 am on 14 January 2022, the following resolutions were passed as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Nedim Ailyan (IP No. 9072) and Ben Stanyon (IP No. 25710) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Jupiter House, Warley Hill Business Park, The Drive, Brentwood, Essex, CM13 3BE be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of voluntary winding up."
