At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at 78 Birchmead Avenue, Pinner, HA5 2BH on 25 May 2022 at 3.30 pm, the following resolutions were duly passed as Special and Ordinary Resolutions:

"That the Liquidator be authorised to distribute any assets of the Company among the members of the Company in specie or the whole of the assets of the Company and may for that purpose, value any assets and determine how the division between members should be carried out. For the removal of Mark Goldstein (IP No. 6880) of Savants Restructuring Limited, Robert Denholm House, Bletchingley Road, Nutfield, Surrey, RH1 4HW, as Liquidator of Genesh Computing Limited and for the appointment of Umang Patel (IP No. 18790) of Neum Insolvency, Suite 9, Amba House, 15 College Road, Harrow, Middlesex, HA1 1BA as Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."

For the release of Mark Stephen Goldstein (IP No 6880) of Savants Restructuring Limited, Robert Denholm House, Bletchingley Road, Nutfield, Surrey, RH1 4HW as Liquidator pursuant to Rule 6.25(b) and 6.30 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016.
