At a General Meeting of the above named company duly convened and held at 7 Bennett Close, Cobham, Surrey, KT11 1AH on 3 December 2020, the following resolutions were duly passed as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Mark Goldstein (IP No. 6880) of Savants Restructuring Limited, Robert Denholm House, Bletchingley Road, Nutfield, Surrey, RH1 4HW be appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the winding up."

At the subsequent creditors' decision procedure on 3 December 2020 the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Mark Goldstein as liquidator.
