Notice is hereby given that on 25 May 2018 a petition was presented to the Sheriff at Kilmarnock by Robert Lindsay and Stephen Waltonboth c/o 1 Simonsburn Road, Kilmarnock KA1 5LA craving the Court inter alia, that Games Centre Limited, having their registered office at 1 Simonsburn Road, Kilmarnock KA1 5LA ("the Company") be wound up by the Court and that joint interim liquidators be appointed, in which petition the Sheriff at Kilmaniock by interlocutor dated 29 May 2018 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Kilmarnock, within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service, and eo die appointed Kenneth Craig and Kenneth Pattullo, Insolvency Practitioners, both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Third Floor, Finlay House, 10-14 West Nile Street, Glasgow, Gl 2PP to be provisional liquidators of the Company with the powers specified in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986 (as amended); all of which notice is hereby given.
