A Petition to wind up the above named Company of Unit 7 Bridge Road Business Park, Bridge Road, Haywards Heath, RH16 1TX, presented on 15 June 2018 by Ruth Jacks and Fiona Clare Grant of WILSON FIELD LIMITED of The Manor House, 260 Ecclesall Road South, Sheffield, S11 9PS, the Joint Supervisors of the failed Company Voluntary Arrangement of Gainsbury Limited will be heard on 1 August 2018 at 10:30am at The County Court at Brighton, William Street, Brighton, BN2 0RF (or as soon thereafter that the Petition can be heard).
