A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Gagz Ltd (12774901) of 02 Torridge Road, Slough, Berkshire SL3 8UR, whose nature of business is 46170 - Agents involved in the sale of food, beverages and tobacco, presented on Thursday 13 October 2022, at 12:00 by NISA RETAIL LIMITED, of Member Support Centre, Waldo Way, Normanby Enterprise Park, Scunthorpe DN15 9GE claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts of England and Wales, Rolls Building, 7 Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 30 November 2022, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
