“That the Companies be wound up voluntarily and that John Harlow (IP No. 8319) of John Harlow Insolvency & Corporate Recovery, 29 New Walk, Leicester, LE1 6TE be and is hereby appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of winding up the Companies."
