A distribution may be made without regard to the claim of any person in rsepect of a debt not proved. A creditor who has not proved their debt before the declaration of any dividend is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he is not participated in it, the distribution of that dividend or any other dividend declared before the debt was proved.
