A Petition to wind up the above-named Company with a registered office address of 5 Trafalgar Close, Wouldham, Rochester, Kent, ME1 3YF presented on 17 May 2018 by GRAFTON GB MERCHANTING LIMITED T/A BUILDBASE: GEMINI ONE, 5520 John Smith Drive, Oxford Business Park, Cowley, Oxford, OX4 2LL, claiming to be a creditor of the Company, will be heard at Companies Court, The Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 4 July 2018 at 10:30 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
