"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Alexander Kinninmonth (IP No. 9019) and Richard Brewer (IP No. 9038) both of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, Highfield Court, Tollgate, Chandlers Ford, Eastleigh, SO53 3TY be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators to the Company, to act on a joint and several basis."
