“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Jeremy Paul Oddie (IP No 008918) and Julie Webster (IP No 017850) of Mitchell Charlesworth Centurion House, 129 Deansgate, Manchester, M3 3WR T: 0161 817 6100 be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the company and that they act jointly and severally

NB: It is understood that the special resolution to wind up the company may be suspended until the creditors have made their final choice of office holders. This resolution takes effect immediately prior to the creditor decision being concluded.”
