At an extraordinary general meeting of the above named company convened and held at the offices of Burton Sweet Stonham Corporate Recovery, 41-43 High Street, 4 Meadow Court, Witney, Oxfordshire OX28 6ER on 9 February 2017 the following special resolution numbered one and the ordinary resolution numbered two were passed:

1. “That the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that the company be wound up voluntarily” and

2. “That Graham Lindsay Down (IP no 6600) of Burton Sweet Stonham Corporate Recovery, 41-43 High Street, 4 Meadow Court, Witney, Oxfordshire OX28 6ER, tel: 0117 914 2058; e-mail: enquiries@bscorprecovery.co.uk be appointed as Liquidator of the company for the purpose of such winding up”.
