Notice is hereby given that on 11 October 2018 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Lanark Sheriff Court by Yesss Electrical, Credit Management, Yesss House, Foxbridge Way, Normanton, WF6 1TN, craving the Court inter alia that G J D ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS (SCOTLAND) LTD, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company No. SC579526) and having its registered office at 40 Holmwoodpark, Crossford, Clyde Valley, ML8 5SZ (the "Company") be wound up by the Court and that Blair Carnegie Nimmo and Alistair McAlinden, both Insolvency Practitioners of KPMG LLP, Saltire Court, 20 Castle Terrace, Edinburgh, EH1 2EG be appointed as joint Interim Liquidators of the Company; in which Petition the Sheriff at Lanark by interlocutor of 11 October 2018 appointed all parties claiming an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Lanark Sheriff Court, Sheriff Court House, Hope St, Lanark ML11 7NE within eight days after intimation, advertisement and service, all of which notice is hereby given.
