Notice is hereby given that on 21 February 2018 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of South Strathclyde, Dumfries and Galloway at Hamilton by G H Welding Specialists Limited (Company Number SC499055) a company incorporated under the Companies Act and having its registered office at 30 Gallowhill, Larkhall, Lanarkshire, ML9 1EX craving the Court inter alia to order that G H Welding Specialists Limited be wound up by the Court, that Joint Interim Liquidators be appointed; and that in the meantime Stuart Charles Robb, Insolvency Practitioner of Leonard Curtis Business Solutions Group, 59 Waterloo Street, Glasgow and Julien Robert Irving, Insolvency Practitioner of Leonard Curtis Business Solutions Group, 18/22 Bridge Street, Spinningfields, Manchester, M3 3BZ be appointed as Joint Provisional Liquidators of the said company and to authorise such Joint Provisional Liquidators to exercise the powers contained in Part II and Part III of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986 (as amended); in which Petition the Sheriff at Hamilton by Interlocutor dated 21 February 2018 appointed the said Stuart Charles Robb and Julien Robert Irving as Joint Provisional Liquidators, authorised the exercise of said powers for a period of up to three months from the date of the Interlocutor and appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Hamilton Sheriff Court, 4 Beckford Street, Hamilton, ML3 0BT within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
