“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Stewart MacDonald, of Scott-Moncrieff Chartered Accountants, 25 Bothwell Street, Glasgow G2 6NL, (IP No. 8906), be and is hereby appointed liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up and that any power conferred on him by the company, or by law, be exercisable by him alone.”
