NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a General Meeting of the LLP will be held at Insolve Plus Ltd, 4th Floor Allan House, 10 John Princes Street, London W1G 0AH on 9 November 2017 at 11.15 am for the purpose of considering, and if thought fit passing as a Special Determination the Determination set out below.

A designated member entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting may appoint a proxy or proxies to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a member of the LLP.

To be valid for voting purposes, proxies from corporate members must be lodged no later than 12.00 noon on the business day prior to the meeting. An Individual member may lodge their proxy at anytime prior to the meeting.

Proxies to be used at the meeting are to be lodged at Insolve Plus Ltd, 4th Floor Allan House, 10 John Princes Street, London W1G 0AH.
