A Petition to wind up the above Company of Unit A6 Atlas Business Centre, Oxgate Lane, London, NW2 7HJ was presented on 6 December 2021 by HSS Hire Service Group Limited whose registered office is situate at Oakland House, Talbot Road, Old Trafford, Manchester, M16 0PQ claiming to be a creditor of the Company will be heard at The Royal Courts of Justice, 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on 19 January 2022 at 10:30am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its solicitors in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 16:00 hours on 18 January 2022.
