I was appointed administrator of G & T’s Limited (SC: 249412) on 29 September 2016.

In accordance with schedule B1 of the Insolvency Act 1986, the initial meeting of the company’s creditors will be held at 11.00 am on Tuesday 6th December 2016 at 12 Carden Place, Aberdeen, AB10 1UR for the purposes of considering the administrator’s proposals and determining whether to establish a creditors’ committee.

Any member of the company may apply, in writing, to the administrator at the undernoted address for a copy of the statement of proposals.

A resolution at the meeting will be passed if a majority in value vote have voted in favour of it.

A creditor will be entitled to vote at the meeting only if a claim has been lodged with the administrator either before or at the meeting and it has been accepted for voting purposes in whole or in part. Voting may be either in person by the creditor, or by form of proxy which must be lodged with the administrator before or at the meeting.

Creditors should note that the date of commencement of the administration is 29 September 2016.
