“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Mark Reynolds (IP No. 008838) of Valentine & Co, 1st Floor Galley House, Moon Lane, Barnet, EN5 5YL be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding up.”
