At a General Meeting of the above named Company duly convened and held at 73 Park Lane, Croydon, Surrey CR0 1JG on 8 October 2018, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Joanne Kim Rolls (IP No. 8867) and Steven John Parker (IP No. 8989) both of Opus Restructuring LLP, 1 Radian Court, Knowlhill, Milton Keynes, MK5 8PJ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding-up.”

At the subsequent creditors' decision procedure on 8 October 2018 the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Joanne Kim Rolls and Steven John Parker as Joint Liquidators.
