We, Louise Donna Baxter (IP No. 009123) of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Suite WG3, The Officers’ Mess Business Centre, Royston Road, Duxford, Cambridge, CB22 4QH and Dominik Thiel Czerwinke (IP No. 009636) of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, The Old Exchange, 234 Southchurch Road, Southend-on-Sea, Essex, SS1 2EG were appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company on 8 April 2020.
