At a general meeting of the Limited Liability Partnership held at 150 Aldersgate Street, London, EC1A 4AB on 03 February 2016 at 12.00 noon, the following Resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That FW Procurement LLP be wound up voluntarily and that Neville Side and Jeremy Willmont, both of Moore Stephens LLP, 150 Aldersgate Street, London, EC1A 4AB, (IP Nos 15030 and 9044) be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up of FW Procurement LLP. The Joint Liquidators are to act either alone or jointly.” At a meeting of creditors held on the same day the creditors confirmed the appointment of Neville Side and Jeremy Willmont as Joint Liquidators. The Joint Liquidators are authorised to act either alone or jointly.
