Notice is hereby given, that a meeting of creditors of the Limited Liability Partnershipwill be held at the offices of Moore Stephens LLP, 150 Aldersgate Street, London, EC1A 4AB on 13 June 2016 at 11.00 am in order to consider the following resolution: That the remuneration of the Joint Liquidators be fixed as follows: A fixed fee of ÂŁ7,500 in relation to statutory compliance, administration and planning in accordance with Rule 4.127(c) of the Insolvency Rules 1986; 50% of the gross realisations as a result of investigations conducted in accordance with Rule 4.127(2)(a) of The Insolvency Rules 1986; 5% of the gross realisation of assets in accordance with Rule 4.127(2)(a) of the Insolvency Rules 1986; and 5% of the total value of assets distributed to creditors in accordance with Rule 4.127(2)(a) of the Insolvency Rules 1986. Creditors wishing to vote at the meeting must lodge their proxy, together with a completed proof of debt form at Moore Stephens LLP, 150 Aldersgate Street, London, EC1A 4AB, not later than 12 noon on the business day preceding the meeting.
