"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that the Company is wound up voluntarily" and "That Emma Louise Mifsud of Walsh Taylor, Oxford Chambers, Oxford Road, Guiseley, Leeds LS20 9AT, provisionally be appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up pending the decision date of the liquidation at 11:00 am on 9 May 2019."
