“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Benny Woolrych (IP No. 10550) and Lila Thomas (IP No. 9608) both of FRP Advisory LLP, Derby House, 12 Winckley Square, Preston, PR1 3JJ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.”
