A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Futurefuel Renewables Holdings Limited (registered number:  10132504) of 195 Hercules Road, London, England, SE1 7LD (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is Activities of Head Offices, presented on 23 December 2020 at 10:00am by David Prichard of Flat 4, 4 Northumberland Road, New Barnet, Barnet EN5 1ED claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business and Property Court, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 12 January 2022, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
