NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that Amie Oyston (the Director of the Company) is convening a virtual meeting of creditors to be held on 2 May 2018 at 11.00 am for the purpose of deciding on the nomination of a Liquidator.

Creditors can access the virtual meeting by calling 020 8418 9333 prior to 11.00 am on the Decision Date. Once connected to Reception, creditors should quote reference F147CVL to be provided with both the conference number and participants' pin for the Virtual Meeting.

In order to be entitled to vote creditors must deliver proxies and proofs to ThorntonRones Limited, 311 High Road, Loughton, Essex IG10 1AH by 4.00 pm on the business day before the meeting.
