At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at The MacDonald Partnership Limited, 29 Craven Street, London, WC2N 5NT on 3 September 2018, the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same and, accordingly, that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Elizabeth Aird-Brown (IP No. 10910) of The MacDonald Partnership Limited, 29 Craven Street, London, WC2N 5NT and Melissa Jackson (IP No. 9747) of Kennway Francis Limited, Saxon House, 27 Duke Street, Chelmsford, CM1 1HT be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up of the Company.”
