"That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that David Gerard Kirk (IP No. 8830) and Daniel Jeeves (IP No. 7195) both of Kirks, 5 Barnfield Crescent, Exeter, Devon, EX1 1QT be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding-up.”
