“That upon swearing a Declaration of Solvency, it has been proved to the satisfaction of the members that the company be wound up voluntarily and that Harjinder Johal (IP No. 9175) of Ashcrofts, 601 High Road Leytonstone, London, E11 4PA be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the company for the purposes of such winding up.”
