A Petition to wind up the above-named company of FULLFITNESSGYM LTD (09858702) of Burnden House, Viking Street, Bolton, BL3 2RR, whose nature of business is Fitness Facilities, presented on Wednesday 15 January 2020 by GXS MANAGEMENT LTD, of 204 Herman Hill London E18 1QH claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 26 February 2020, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
