"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Steven Illes (IP No. 23730) and Hugh Francis Jesseman (IP No. 9480) both of Antony Batty & Company LLP, 3 Field Court, Gray’s Inn, London, WC1R 5EF be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
