A Petition to wind up the above Company of Osbourne House, 143-145 Stanwell Road, Ashford, Middlesex TW15 3QN was presented on 4 February 2020 by EUROTECH INC being a company incorporated within the laws of the USA and having its registered office is situate at 10260 Old Columbia Road, Suite G, Columbia MD 21046 USA claiming to be a creditor of the Company will be heard at The Royal Courts of Justice, 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL at 10:30am on 18 March 2020 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its solicitors in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 16:00 hours on 17 March 2020.
